Sue is a committed full-time realtor with a wealth of experience in the first-time home buyer, relocation and home resale markets. With board of Realtor memberships in both Toledo (Lucas and Wood Counties+) and Heartland (Hancock+), she is able to obtain broad coverage for your listing and easy access to the homes you want to own. Sue and her husband Jerry maintain personal and professional kinship throughout the state, meaning she is able to provide you with a sound referral if you are in a relocation situation. Sue’s community background has included positions, both member and officer on numerous local boards including Child and Family First Council of Wood County, St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center Parent Advisory Board, State of Ohio School Superintendent Parent Advisory Board, Safe Ride Home and others. She is a trained surrogate parent, advocating for special needs children in the foster care system and operated a school-based free community closet and farmer’s market while her children were in school.
