With board of Realtor memberships in both Toledo (Lucas and Wood Counties+) and Heartland (Hancock+), she is able to obtain broad coverage for your listing and easy access to the homes you want to own. Sue and her husband Jerry maintain personal and professional kinship throughout the state, meaning she is able to provide you with a sound referral if you are in a relocation situation. Sue gives individualized, personal and prompt attention to each and every client. Your heart’s desire is her number one priority.
Sue’s community background has included positions, both member and officer on numerous local boards including Child and Family First Council of Wood County, St. Vincent Mercy Medical Center Parent Advisory Board, State of Ohio School Superintendent Parent Advisory Board, Safe Ride Home and others. She is a trained surrogate parent, advocating for special needs children in the foster care system and operated a school-based free community closet and farmer’s market while her children were school in school.
On a personal note, Sue and Jerry have six young adult children between them with whom they share a multitude of experiences (especially concerts and vacations). Free moments are shared with first Grandchild, Owen and all of the wonderful things a grandson brings.
In the words of Laura Ingalls Wilder, “Home is the nicest place there is”. Let Sue help you find your way home!
