Jessica and fiancé Jamie Palmer are lifelong residents of Wood County. She has five grown children and three grandchildren.
Jessica has been in the retail/wholesale business for over 30 years with her family business Avina Auction in Wayne, Ohio and has been a Licensed Auctioneer for over 20 years. She is also a Notary Public.
She specializes in personal property and estate downsizing.
